Bubble tea, tea houses, Asian bakeries and dessert shops in this group are usually walk-in, counter-order businesses with a menu board overhead listing sweetness and ice levels you can adjust when ordering. Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. Lines build up quickly after school and in the evening, especially near colleges. Most of these businesses accept cards and mobile pay and skew younger in clientele and atmosphere.

Sacramento is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Sacramento is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

SUPPORT FAMILY OWNED LOCAL BUSINESSES!! Husband and wife power duo. What you get, a little bit of everything in one place. First take, menu is well thought out, if youβre visual thereβs photos attached to each item with a great layout from main dishes -> sweets -> beverages. Feeling sweet? Desserts and drinks. Savory, theyβve got it. I came here for the mango sticky rice, she got a new menu item pad see ewe with chicken. This place slaps. Need friendly service, variety of meal options, clean chill

10/10 delicious food omg. Having read that the wait here can be long, in my visit the wait wasnβt too bad and the food was PERFECT. Exactly what you would want out of some Lao cuisine. Had the Lao sausage and beef sticks with sticky rice. Perfect combination of spice and sourness. Owner was very gracious and even offered a sample shot of their Vietnamese coffee smoothie which was also fire. Everyone should check this place out.

They have a great selection of food. The coco pandan cups were absolutely delicious! I also got the nam khao without the pork, I was crunch, fresh, and great tasting! It was a nice balance of flavors. Itβs very clean and well kept inside. They also sell blind boxes. Customer service was efficient and friendly. I will be back the next time I am in Sacramento. There was also outside seating.

Dropped by here before flying back home and Iβm SO glad we did. This was a great way to end our trip in CA! I ordered the beef larb and it was delicious. π€€ I didnβt get a picture of the grilled pork but that was also a great choice! Would definitely recommend this place for yummy Asian food.

Honestly I was hesitant to write a review, cuz this is one of those incredible spots that you low-key don't want to blow up and get hella popular cuz then you can never get parking or food or gotta wait long time, yeah? But braaaaaaahhhhh the food was SO ONO! The owners were so cool, guiding us thru some new food options, the different kine teas, etc. The whole vibe was just wonderful! We ordered the crispy pork belly with the sticky rice, lao bao, and drunken noodles and had their house tea to complement The dishes. Their boba is also super bomb. We had the citrus one and the Ube Taro bae. Worth every minute of traffic getting here π
